ORDER PROCESSING: Expect an email within 3-4 days confirming that your order is on its way!

PICK UP IN STORE – Kong Oscars gate 22. Orders can be picked up daily from 12-18, with the exception of Sundays. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

FAST SHIPPING – orders are usually shipped within 2-7 days by Posten. Fixed shipping fee of 89,- for addresses in Norway.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We offer international shipping to countries within the EU. Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 8-20 days. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred when the shipment reaches the destination country. Opplett Norge AS is not responsible for these fees if they are incurred and it is your responsibility as a customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. If your order should arrive damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at william@opplett.net with your order number and a photo of the condition of the item.
